We. (JK ENERGY,Pune, Maharashtra) have invented "Fast Pyrolysis (continuous) System" for scientifically conversion of any
*DRY AGRO* waste(Biomass) to active energy without the pollution of environment.

We developed a pilot project for Govt.of Maharashtra , "MAHARASHTRA BAMBOO DEVELOPMENT BOARD", Nagpur,
( Special purpose of any type of "Bamboo waste" Scientifically disposal pilot project) .

On the completion of the process of any Dry Biomass Waste.

we get three Bio Products

1) Pyrolysis Oil. - 45/50%
2) Activated Charcoal - 25/30%
3) Syn Gas. - 20/25%

◆ (with the help of LIT-Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur, Maharashtra,India)
On distillation of pyrolysis oil we get

* Light Diesel Oil (LDO-30/35%)
* Natural Gas. (N.G-15/20%)
* Pesticides. (45/50%)

◆ The Activated Charcoal obtained from the system is used in various industries such as Cosmetic industry, Pharmaceutical industry and Fertilizer industry.
The Activated Charcoal can also be used for Purification of Water & chemicals.

◆ Syn gas can be used for generation of Electricity ( use of this gas as a fule for system.)

This is a patented (Publish) project and the size of the system varies from 5 tonne per day to 40 tonne per day .
